Your My Products page allows you to access technical documents, last purchase date, and active pricing.
Order Management
PHLASH empowers you to take control of your support needs by providing a wealth of resources and solutions at your convenience, reducing waiting times and enabling quick issue resolution, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience.
Invoice / Online Payments
PHLASH offers the convenience of accessing your order information from anywhere at any time, facilitating better financial management and enabling timely payments, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free transaction process.
When your account manager approves your PHLASH access, you will receive an email from info@palmerholland.com with instructions to set a password. Your username is your email address.
Please note: PHLASH access is only available for individual access (one email address per person)
Address Book provides a list of active addresses for your company
- Default billing address
- Default shipping address
- Any ACTIVE ship-to addresses
The Account Information page allows you to change your password.
Click ‘Change Password’ and then click the blue ‘SAVE’ button to finalize your change. You will receive an email confirming your change.
Shopping Cart
Confirm product and quantity. Then click Go To Checkout
To order products:
- Click My Products
- Find the active product(s) you want to purchase
- Adjust the quantity
- Click Add to Cart
- Click the bag in the upper right corner to view cart
My Payments allows you to view:
- All payments made for the last three years (online and offline)
- Create and store online payment methods for your company
View your product details as well as place online orders (for products that are set up and have current pricing*).
You can download:
- Current Price List
- TDS
- SDS
*If pricing is expired, you can request a quote from this page.
You can view, reorder, and print your invoices online and offline from the last three years.
You can view:
- Lot Number
- TDS
- SDS
- Total
- Balance
Sales Orders lets you view, reorder, and print your orders from the last three years.
You can view:
- TDS / SDS
- Price per package
- Price per pound
- Total Cost
You will see any pending orders that are placed via PHLASH.
Review & Payment
Review the following:
- Payment terms
- Shipping address
- Billing address
- Product/Quantity
- Cost
If everything is correct, click Place Order
Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email from our Customer Experience Team.
* View the pending order in My Sales Order.
